Hello iPad.

I was so amazed when I saw my first iPad commercial. My eyes were literally glued to the screen and all I could think was, “I want one of those!” I mean who wouldn’t want an incredible piece of technology so thin and easy to use, while also having the ability to practically fit in your pocket. However, commercials may help to make the iPad look all nice and pretty but in reality it’s not as amazing as it seems. With out an actual key board I feel like it would be really hard to type. I was also told that there is no cd/dvd drive. Music is a huge part of my life and I frequently burn new cds, so until they add an Ipad with this feature, I don’t think the iPad is right for me. I do give credit to apple though. All the products have really exploded over the past few years. They are always coming out with better, more up to date, and creative inventions that have helped our society in many ways. First it was the iPod, then the iPhone, now the iPad, and they are continuing to flourish with the production of numerous new inventions.

Super Hero Power!

If you could have the ability to obtain one super hero power what would it be?  The ability to fly, or possibly swim under water for long periods of time? If I had one super hero power I would choose to have the power of being invisible.  This idea of being invisible first came into play when I was watching Harry Potter.  I am not a huge Harry Potter fan but when I saw Ron and Harry hide under a blanket of invisibility I thought to myself what an awesome way to spy on people!

Although it isn’t always nice to eavesdrop on others conversations or spy on an ex boyfriend with another girl, secretly we would all want to do it, if not try.  I would use my invisible powers to explore new places that are off-limits to certain people.  For example, I would go behind the scenes of a Kesha concert to see what her glamorous life is like off the stage.  Maybe I would even hit up a celebrity club and dance with Brad Pitt, that is only if Angelina doesn’t get jealous.  Of course the possibility of sneaking into a bank and stealing thousands of dollars would be nice too but I believe everyone should have to work for their money.  Plus if I stole from the bank that would make me a bad super hero and no one wants to be the bad guy.
